15 days unconditional return guarantee
At
BuyCheapDVD.COM We would like your shopping experience with us as comfortable and satisfactory as possible,
this is why we offer a 15 days UNCONDITIONAL
return policy for new, unopened DVDs. If for some reason
you don’t like the DVDs, just return to us within 15 days, we will refund your
full payment including shipping.
In the event that an item purchased
from BuyCheapDVD.COM is defective, we will exchange the disc under the
manufacturer’s warranty for a copy of the same title, provided the title is
still currently available in our regular inventory. If the title is no longer
available, or has been reissued by another studio, or is no longer covered by
the manufacturer’s warranty, this warranty is void. Proof of purchase is
mandatory. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges for returned
items.
Non-defective return policies
Only
sealed, unopened titles will be accepted for credit, exchange, or refund within
15 days of purchase. Disc must be in "new" unopened condition in order for us to
issue credit. Any disc not meeting these conditions will be returned to sender,
no credit issued. A copy of your original purchase
receipt is required.
Returned titles must be in their original factory
packaging. Enclose with each returned title the following information:

Your name, address and telephone number.
· A copy of your BuyCheapDVD.COM
receipt as proof of purchase.
· The reason why you are returning the
title.

Defective return
policies
In
the event that an item purchased from BuyCheapDVD.COM is defective, we will
exchange the disc under the manufacturer’s warranty for a copy of the same
title, provided the title is still currently available in our regular inventory.
If the title is no longer available, or has been reissued by another studio, or
is no longer covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, this warranty is void.
Proof of purchase is mandatory, and discs will be exchanged only. No
refunds! The customer is responsible for all shipping charges for returned
items.
This warranty does not cover the following:
· Physical
damage from shipping handling, abuse, or operation of defective or maladjusted
equipment.
· Any disc not in pristine "like new" condition.
· Discs,
jackets, or cases that show excessive wear beyond the normal handling required
to detect a defect including, but is not limited to, discs used for rental and
discs, jackets, and cases that have been marked with stickers, ink, or any other
non-removable materials.
· Any disc that does not clearly show an audio or
video defect. "Did not like" or "poor transfer (video) quality" are not
acceptable defects.
Unfortunately, certain models of DVD players are not
able to play certain DVDs. BuyCheapDVD.COM cannot be held responsible for discs
that cannot be played on certain systems. However, BuyCheapDVD.COM will exchange the
incompatible title with another title provided the warranty conditions are met.
Items not accepted under the terms of this warranty will be returned, freight
collect, to the sender.
Defective exchanges must be accompanied by the
following information:
· The brand name of your DVD player.
· The
exact location (time, chapter, frame, side) of the defect.
· The nature of
the defect (e.g., disc skips at 45 min, chap 5, side 1).
Returned titles
must be in their original factory packaging. Enclose with each returned title
the following information:
· Your name, address and telephone
number.
· A copy of your BuyCheapDVD.COM receipt as proof of purchase.

The reason why you are returning the title.
