What are the
Shipping Rates ?
Shipping starting at $1.99 for the first DVD and
only $1.00 for each additional DVD to the same address. It may takes between 2 to 9 business days
(average 3 days) to arrive depend on the distance from ours store to the
shipping address you provided. Shipping for TV Show & Box Set starting at
$2.99 for each set and only $1.00 for each additional.

do you ship my order ?
All
orders are shipped in containers which
meet and certified by USPS
safe shipping standard.
- Order
of one DVD will be shipped
in a single size box
- Order
of two DVDs will be shipped
in a double size box.
- Order
of three DVDs will be shipped
in a triple size box
- Order
of four or more DVDs will
be shipped in larger size
singlewall box which meets
a higher shipping standard
and can hold heavier weights.

do you ship to ?
We ship in the US only.
International shipping will be added in the near future.
What Shipping
Methods are used ?
We use USPS First-Class Mail for smaller order
and USPS Media Mail & USPS Priority Mail for larger order.
How do I track my
order ?
Online Tracking is available for
all shipped orders. Once your order has been processed you will be emailed a
tracking number, it can also be found in the Order History section of your
Account once you login. Once you have your tracking number visit USPS and enter your tracking number to
see the details of your order being shipped.
How long does
order take to process ?
All orders will be process and ship the
same day including Saturday and Sunday except Holidays. This is just an estimation. Other factors do play very
important role too, such as the validation of your payment and availability of
certain titles at the time.
How long does it take to receive an order
?
All orders are
shipped direct from Seattle WA. Shipping times depending on where you are
located. Orders ship via USPS First-Class Mail average only 3 days.
